Make a note of a nearby intersection in the area you are targeting.  An address and a zip code.  

Your broker and/or your potential landlord most likely has a subscription to a demographic report supplier, which may include companies such as BUXTON, PLACIER.AI, CLARITAS, SITE ANALYTICS, LOOPNET or COSTAR.  Each of these reports (although a little different in presentation) will provide complete and accurate information around each site you are evaluating.
